Mute and Lock a participant

When you mute and lock a participant, the participant can't unmute the line.

1. Click the ellipsis in participant's card.



2. Select Mute & Lock.



3. The participant’s status changes to muted and locked.



4. To unmute and unlock the participant, select Unmute & Unlock.
